Chest and triceps-
Flat bench 4 Sets 10 Reps
Incline bench 4 Sets 10 Reps
Flys 4 Sets 10 reps
Straight Bar Press Down 4 Sets 10 Reps
Rope Press Down 4 Sets 10 Reps
Dumbbell Kick Back 4 Sets 10 Reps
Crunches with Med Ball 2 Sets 20
Incline Crunch 2 Sets 20

  1. Hey Bro, Scott said you da man, so here's a question for da man: What is the best workout for self defense?

    I am familiar with FBI self defense tactics and kick boxing, but I 'd like to look into Taekwondo, or Krav Maga. Suggestions?
