Personal Training Sessions

If you are looking for more personal attention during your workouts and want to work on something specific, then having me as your personal trainer may be exactly what you are looking for.  By having me a your personal trainer I will be able to work with you for an extended period of time and focus on those goals that you have set for yourself and set and achieve new goals along the way.

Fee Schedule for One on One personal training per hour is as follows

$50 hr/ One day a week
$30 hr/ Two days a week
$25 hr/ Three days a week

Fee Schedule for One on One personal training per half hour is as follows

$30 hr/ One day a week
$20 hr/ Two days a week

Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle or simply tone up, I will be able to develop a workout plan that fits your needs and you will also learn more about health and fitness as we go.
