Friday WOD

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 Squats
As many sets as possible in 20 min, for me it was 7 sets. Then drop sets easy bar curl 80, 70, 60, an 50ibs! 2 sets. Straight bar bench press 3 sets of 15 and alternating sets of push ups in between each set of bench. To end this work out 50 crunches!
